Kim Day

Kim is the President & Chief Operating Officer of Steele Auto Group, having joined the company in 2015 initially as CFO and ascending to her current role in 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University and became a Chartered Professional Accountant in 1999. With a background in public accounting and over a decade serving as VP Finance at Newfoundland Capital Corporation, she brings deep financial acumen and leadership to Steele. Under her guidance, the organization has significantly expanded, with Kim playing a central role in the company's M&A strategy and the scaling of its dealership network.

Philip Robson

Philip worked in corporate and investment banking which led to ownership positions in plastic packaging and food processing businesses. Subsequently he became President of Integrated Asset Management's Private Debt Group ("IAM") prior to IAM's sale to Fiera Capital in July 2019. Philip's strategic oversight included loan origination and investment committee activities, as well as working with the private debt team to raise over $3.0 billion in successive closed end private credit funds. Philip continues to Chair Fiera's Infrastructure Investment Committee and is a member of Fiera Private Debt's Board of Directors. He is also Chair of Validus Risk Management.

Troy Graf

(B. Comm., CPA, CA)

Troy was a founding member of Carfinco Inc.'s ownership and management team and was an integral part of the transition of the auto finance company from start up to billion-dollar portfolio. The Carfinco Group was acquired by Banco Santander in 2015 and is now operating as Santander Consumer in Canada. Recently retired from Santander
(2024), Troy has a wealth of public and private enterprise expertise in finance and operations

Adam Hill

Executive Chair

Adam will oversee the Advisory Board and ensure PremPay's strategic vision and operational strategies are vetted and supported by its distinguished Advisory Board members. Adam has been the Executive Chair of LGM Financial Services Inc. since 2020 and serves on other non-profit boards.

Greg Campbell

Greg began as a commercial and investment banker before starting a consulting business in 1990 that focused on mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance transactions.
This led to his appointment at Humberview Automotive Group in 2003. He spent 16 years as
CFO, COO and then CEO. In 2018 he reopened his consulting practice and sits on several corporate boards and provides strategic and operational advice to clients in the automotive, commercial & consumer finance, tourism & hospitality, and trucking sectors.

Andrew Tai

An experienced entrepreneur founding and growing organically from zero to $20M revenue at Motoinsight, scaling to a $100M revenue software business at AutoSync and c-level operating experience in a $300M revenue marketplace business at TRADER Corp. as Chief Digital Retail Officer. Andrew has advised various other technology companies (Lightspeed DMS, Street Context, Roam Auto) and private equity firms (Brookfield Capital Partners, Alpine Investors).
